Southerly along the course of Patterson Creek to the Junction of the Canadian National Railroad right of way to include all of Davis St.
West along the CNR right-of-way to the middle of Lot Three in the former Twsp. of South Windham.
Directly South to the intersection of Cedar Street.
East on Cedar Street taking the North side only to the junction of Metcalfe Street.
South on Metcalfe Street to Argyle Street taking both sides of Metcalfe Street.
Easterly along Argyle Street through the lot lines west of the Lynn River diagonally to the intersection of Lynndale Drive and Donly Drive.
North along the back of the West Lot Line of Donly Drive taking no students from Donly Drive to Queensway East.
West along Queensway East taking the South side only to the East side of Lot One in the former Twsp of S. Townsend.
North along the East side of Lot One to the CNR right-of way.
West along the CNR right-of-way to the junction of the Lake Erie and Northern Railroad right-of-way.
North along the LE&N right-of-way to a line drawn one lot North of Glendale Dr.
West along the line to Highway 24.
