Attend Dell Funeral
The funeral of the late Mr.
Frank Seymore Dell, who died on Thursday, 12 May 1921, took place
privately from his late residence at 574 Norfolk Street north, last
Saturday at 2.30 to Oakwood Cemetery.
The pallbearers were: Thos.
Haddow, W. L. Innes and Frank Reid, representing St. Paul's
Presbyterian Church, and Walter W. Cole, Malcolm Thornburn and Henry
Johnson, representing the Independent Order of Oddfellows.
The late Mr. Dell was the
last surviving son of the late Henry H. Dell, a former resident of
Wellington, now the Norfolk Ward of Simcoe, who was the court crier
in this county for many years. His brother, James Dell, resides at
Robinson and Metcalfe Streets.
The grandfather, Richard
Dell, was an United Empire Loyalist and settled in Windham Township
and later in the Long Point Settlement.
The late Frank Dell was 53
years of age at the time of his death, was a niller by trade, and
was employed in William Sutton's mill. He was recovering from
smallpox when cerebral hemorrhage set in.
He is survived by a wife and
a nine-year-old daughter.
