Items of Local Interest

On 16 Oct 1920 Mr. and Mrs. Merritt Walker of Port Dover celebrated their silver wedding anniversary. About 50 guests were present for the occasion. 

Mr. and Mrs. Walker were the recipients of many presents. After supper the guests adjourned to the opera hall and enjoyed dancing for a few hours. Midnight brought the event to an end with best wishes to Mr. and Mrs. Walker.
