Green-Collver

The home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Collver, Maple Lawn, Bloomsburg, was the scene of a very pretty wedding on Saturday, 12 Mar 1921, when their second daughter, Hazel Orlean, was united in marriage to Mr. Eldridge D. Green of Waterford. The house was prettily decorated with ferns and carnations. The ceremony was performed by Rev. S. G. Harris of Waterford, in the presence of about 35 guests.

The bride looked charming in a lovely gown of white baronette satin and georgette crepe with pearl trimmings and embroidered veil, and carrying carnations. Little Miss Melba Hall, neice of the bride, made a sweet little flower girl gowned in shell pink satin with silver lace trimming, and carrying a basket of little pink roses. Miss Ivah Collver, sister of the bride played Lohengrin's Wedding March. The groom's gift to the pianist was a gold pin and to the flower girl a gold bracelet.

After the wedding luncheon, Mr. and Mrs. Green left amid showers of rice and confetti on the five o'clock train for Hamilton, the bride travelling in a navy blue embroidered suit with hat of blue and henna, with opossum furs. On their return they will reside on the groom's farm near Waterford.
