The Latest "Alligator"

The warping tug which Messrs. West & Peachey have been building at Port Ryerse left that port under its own steam this morning for Port Dover where it will coal for its long trip to Rimouski, P.Q.

The craft has been cristened the "Beralmis," that being the name of the river she is designed to work upon. She is the 101st warping tug built by West & Peachey and is the most costly and powerful they have so far constructed.

When she leaves Port Dover this evening she will have 10 men on board: Capt. Amundson and H. Howard Jr., who represent the owners, Howard & Cralk of Sherbrooke; Mr. John West, who has contracted to deliver the boat at Quebec, Mr. Arthur Peachey, Jas. Brock, Alfred Winters, and Charles Hart.

Messrs. Geo. H. Luscombe, A. T. Sihler and W. C. McCall go as supercargo.
