The funeral of Ada Maria Lemon, wife of Mr. William Secord, who died in Selkirk on Friday, 21 May 1920, in her 60th year, was held on Sunday afternoon at one o'clock from her late residence to Oakwood Cemetery in Simcoe.

Mr. William Able [sic], who left here some 45 years ago and has since lived on the Pacific Coast, is here to visit relatives and renew old acquaintances. He is a nephew of Mrs. Alexander Durward of Simcoe, and a cousin of John S. Abel [sic] of Silver Hill.

The funeral of Mary Catharine Vrooman, wifie of Mr. Arthur Teeple of Renton, who died on Monday, 24 May 1920, aged 64 years, was held to Oakwood Cemetery yesterday afternoon. Deceased was a sister of Mr. Solomon Vrooman and Mrs. Robert Beatty of Simcoe.

On Saturday, 22 May 1920, H. Wilson of Windham Centre, Eric Sutton of Windham Centre, and W. Whiting of Charlotteville, each paid $5.35 into the coffers at the police court for having no rear lights on their motor vehicles.
