1974 to 1999 Map of Norfolk County (west end
of Haldimand-Norfolk Region) in 2000. (Extreme north end of old
Norfolk County and much of Haldimand County not included.) Between 1974-1999, the municipal governments of the Counties of Haldimand (immediately east of Norfolk) and Norfolk merged to form the Region of Haldimand-Norfolk. By popular demand, this Region was disbanded effective 1 Jan 2000, and the two counties returned as the Town of Norfolk County and the Town of Haldimand County. |
